At Alamex our clients are our priority, we appreciate the trust they give us and we are aware of the importance of the privacy of your personal information; Therefore, we are committed to respecting, protecting and responsibly handling the information provided to us, through this privacy notice.


The notice describes how and why we collect your personal information, how it is used, who has access to it, and what rights you have over the information you share with us in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by individuals.

The person responsible for the collection, safeguarding and processing of your personal information is Doppler Elevadores S.A. de C.V. (Hereinafter “Alamex”) with address at Av. Tláhuac 219, Los Reyes Culhuacán, Iztapalapa, C.P. 09840, Mexico, Mexico City.

What kind of information do we collect and how do we do it?

The personal information that you provide us directly when you create an account will be but not limited to: personal identification data such as full name, contact information such as address, telephone, email and financial identification data such as account number, bank issuer, tax address, and RFC.


We indirectly collect technical information when you visit our website; This includes information such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the device from which the visit is being made.

The purpose of collecting your personal information is to complete the activities derived from the purchase of a product and / or service.

How do we share your personal information outside of Alamex?

Alamex does not market or distribute the personal information of its users unless it is required for legal purposes.


Your personal information may be transferred to service providers that are under the control of Alamex, which are hired to act on behalf of the company in order to improve or facilitate the activities necessary to provide you with the best service.


Our service providers are courier providers. It is important to mention that these providers cannot use the information provided for any purpose other than that indicated by Alamex, they only have access to the information strictly necessary so that they can provide the agreed service.


If the user does not express opposition to the aforementioned, it will be understood that they have given their consent to do so.


In the event that the needs of the organization require sharing your data with someone external to carry out a purpose not mentioned above, you will be notified and your consent will be requested.

How do we protect your personal information?

Preserving your privacy is paramount to us; It is important to clarify that your information is not of a public nature, it is only used and protected for the time necessary to fulfill our aforementioned objectives.


At Alamex we adopt all the necessary security measures so that your data is not violated or compromised. We guarantee your privacy through specialized software.


If we require that your data be used for purposes other than what is established, your consent will be requested for this, if you decide not to give your consent, your personal data will not be used.


Rights over personal information

You will be able to consult or modify your personal information by logging into your account. At any time you can request the cancellation of your account; To do so, it is necessary to submit a request through our  complaints and suggestions  system by placing in the subject field "Account deletion". Once the request is received, we will follow up to eliminate your account.

At any time you may revoke the consent granted or exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (hereinafter ARCO rights) of your personal information in order to stop using it, except as mentioned in Article 26 and 34 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. To do this, you must make a request in the  complaints and suggestions  portal indicating in the subject field "Deletion of data".

Once your request is received, we will proceed to respond to it within a maximum period of 20 business days and you will be notified if it proceeded or not. In some cases, additional information may be requested to verify their identity and the veracity of the request, the user will have a period of five business days to send the requested information; If the latter does not give an answer before the end of said period, the request will be canceled.

 

In the event that your request is appropriate, it will be effective within the next 15 business days following the date on which the response was notified, and when the established action is carried out, you will be notified that the request has been completed.

Changes to the privacy notice


Alamex reserves the right to make changes to the terms established in this notice at any time. When this is the case, Alamex undertakes to inform users through its website, email or by means of a broadcast message.
